The latest patent, Patent No. 425480, was granted by the Government of India's Patent Office on March 16, 2023, and is titled "Device for Melting Plastic Waste Specifically for Plastic Pyrolysis." The invention prevents the entry of materials that can cause mechanical issues within the pyrolysis reactor and negatively impact the quality of the final pyrolysis oils and lubricants. As a result, the patented device improves the quality of end products and extends the life of the reactor, reducing maintenance costs and making the process more economical overall.
